Who I am
Pot and Balcony (potandbalcony.com) is run by Josh. For privacy questions, email hello@potandbalcony.com. [Josh: add your legal name / business details and postal address if required.]
What I collect
Analytics
I use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site (pages viewed, rough location, device type). It uses cookies and similar technologies and sends data to Google. I use this information only to improve the site.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are sent to me via Formspree, a third-party form service. I use them only to reply to you.
If you email me directly, I keep your message and address for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Affiliate links
Some links go to retailers such as Amazon. When you click them, the retailer may set its own cookies to track the referral and credit me a commission. I don’t receive your personal details from this. See the affiliate disclosure.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). Email me to exercise any of these rights.
Changes
I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
